In Sally Cherry’s 8 week Mindfulness for Stress Course you could learn to meditate and to connect more with the present moment. By calmly observing thoughts, feelings and sensations and becoming more aware of them as they are happening you become more able to manage them. Learning Mindfulness has been scientifically proven to have long-term benefits for managing stress, anxiety and pain.
The classes are taught in small friendly groups and the next one starts on 22nd April,
